Cut and sew is different from printing on a ready-made blank. The garment is built for your order: print first, then cut the parts, then sew them. Laser cutting is used to keep the cut parts clean before sewing. That route gives a brand more control over fit, print placement and the finished garment as a whole. It also means more needs to be confirmed before production — the design, the garment type, the sizes and the structure for that order. The minimum order is still 1pc, so a brand can test a cut-and-sew style without a large commitment. When the style works, peak-season and repeat orders can follow. If you need your own label, tag or packaging direction, include it in your inquiry so it can be confirmed for that order rather than assumed.
